Some insurance plans require us to obtain authorization before being referred to another Provider. If your plan requires this, we will contact your insurance company to request the authorization. If this is the case, please allow 7 business days for the referral process to be completed. Our referral coordinator will contact you once the referral process is completed.

How do I get my lab results?


Lab results are available for viewing on our secure patient portal after your provider has reviewed them. If you do not have access to the patient portal, please contact the office. If you do not have web access, you may request a printed copy of your labs from your provider.
