Dr. Osama graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh India in 1991. She then did her post-graduation in Pediatrics and Radio Diagnosis. After completing her education she worked for a short period in India. Dr. Osama later joined the Internal Medicine residency program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa, Texas in 2003 and completed her training in 2006.
After finishing her training she moved to Yakima, WA to join her husband in a group practice at Quality Care Clinic. Here, she gave medical care to the underserved section of the population and built close relations with people in the area. Her desire to return to Texas brought her to the DFW metroplex and she has been a part of Mercy Medical Clinic, Wylie since 2013. Dr. Osama is board-certified in Internal Medicine.
She has extensive experience in managing chronic medical conditions like; Diabetes, Hypertension, high cholesterol, and heart diseases. She enjoys managing complicated Geriatric conditions and many female diseases. She lives in Plano with her husband, Dr. Ahmad, and their three children. She enjoys music, movies, and traveling during her spare time.
